So much win on this! Love the texture anti aliasing on this art! *faves*

Anti-aliasing takes a while but the results are so worth it dude!
Nice! Good to see you make something for Pixel Day and it's even better when it's animated!
My constructive critique is that the body anatomy kinda looks a bit awkward especially the characters right arm. The main body is kind of big compared to it's legs. There are lack of shadows on this character without a proper light source. I suggest that you learn some basic anatomy and adding shadows depending what light source it spawned.
At least you put some effort on this and the end result was awesome thanks to being a gif art. Hope my suggestion helps and happy belated Pixel Day to you too. :)
I appreciate the feedback a bunch! I hadn't even considered adding shadows when I made it and I still need to get beyond my limitation when it comes to 2D art (my characters usually come across as flat). I don't get too many comments on my art so, again, I really appreciate this.
I have a feeling that this art should be part of Pixel Day 2017. I really like voxel art and this art is no exception. :D
I thought that it wouldn't fit because it's 3D and not 2D.
Epic! I really like the perspective.
Thank you! ;D
Nice! It would be more awesome if this image runs in 60fps. Very eyecandy to look at!
Thanks,
I'll be play-testing for this game pretty soon. I'll let you know when I set up an Itch.io or gamejolt page.
This looks like a legit pixel art! One thing I can point out is that there is to much dithering on the astronaut (whether it's your method and style you intended). I really like the space background. Other than that well done!
Happy Pixel Day to you too.
thanks man, I really enjoyed your pixel art as well :)
also, i see your point but i just love dithering too much, i'd put it on everything if i could lol
Not bad for a pixel day submission!
I suggest to add shadows and where the light source is pointing. Add shard of pointy grass on the edge of the rock where the character stands (maybe add highlight and shadows on the character). I hope this helps.
Happy Pixel Day to you too!
Thanks! The original intent was to leave the location of the light source ambiguous, but in hindsight, making it a little more concrete probably would've heightened the drama of the piece. Thanks again for your thoughts!
Very vibrant with 26 color palette limit and the level of detail is awesome! Please make this into a poster!
I feel like I could have reduced the colours a bit, it was so hard to let go of some of them. Thank you so much! I was thinking of maybe making prints later :') one day...
Nice! not bad for a Pixel Day submission!
Thanks. Glad you like it.
Reminds me of the Last of Us. Gj on this art!
Thank you! Ye a bit, i like that age gap relationship , its quite rare in movies as people get tilted by everything xD
